About Aliya
I have years of real estate experience assisting both buyers and sellers find their dream home, including the California and Pennsylvania markets. I moved to New Jersey in 2011. Real estate EXCITES me and I take great joy in building relationships with my clients to find them a place to call home! I will work hard for you, negotiate to get you the best deal and keep your best interest at heart in every transaction. I work with first time home buyers to serial investors and ensure that I represent everyone with pride.
As early as my teen years, I knew I wanted to be in real estate. I loved looking through the Real Estate Guide and cruising neighborhoods looking for open houses with my parents just for fun! Until now, I love open houses and think they're the BEST! My parents were in the restaurant business and this is where I discovered my entrepreneurial skills. I learned the importance of building friendships, not just client lists, establishing a connection with people and providing them with something that brings them joy and brings me pride. As a young adult, I continued working in the restaurant with my family while attending college and working in real estate. Now I have a family of my own and have traveled and lived abroad and the importance of those human connections I've made along the way are what guide me in my career and personal life.
